Used as a natural rubber and synthetic rubber vulcanizing agent. Since the active sulfur can be released at the vulcanization temperature, the sulfur is a vulcanizing agent. The effective active sulfur content is about 27%. The operation is safe, even if it is combined with the alkaline furnace black, there is no scorch. The vulcanization rate is slow, and it can be used together with thiazole, thiuram and dithiocarbamate to increase the vulcanization rate. It works better with a small amount of sulfur. Salicylic acid can also promote the decomposition of this product and accelerate the vulcanization rate, but it will reduce the physical properties. This product does not spray, does not pollute, does not change color, and is easy to disperse. Vulcanized rubber is heat resistant, resistant to aging and has small deformation. Can also be used as a promoter. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, butyl inner tubes, all kinds of heat-resistant rubber products, extra-thick special products and light-colored rubber products.
